The role includes:
- Managing buyer and seller enquiries
- Conducting professional property viewings
- Negotiating offers confidently
- Providing regular feedback and updates
- Progressing sales from offer to completion
- Working closely with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other agents
- Keeping property listings and CRM records up to date
- Generating new business and building local relationships
- Supporting the wider sales team
