As Northern Ireland’s Premier Theatre, The Grand Opera House invites applicants to join as a Box Office Assistant. The role is the first point of contact for customers, providing information about performances, seats, tickets, memberships, gift vouchers, merchandise and other services in a friendly and courteous manner while maintaining high standards of customer service and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions about performances, seating, tickets and pricing
- Process transactions for tickets, memberships, gift vouchers, merchandise and services
- Maintain accuracy and uphold the highest standards of customer service
- Meet sales targets and focus on sales performance
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and cash handling
- Polite, confident, articulate and friendly communication style
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
