We are looking for a General Manager for the Grand Junction Arms in Harlesden in the new year. This is a real destination social pub with a great intimate bar area, a generously sized dining room, and a terrace space that can be indoors or outdoors (with walls and a retractable roof). It has a massive beer garden, complete with bookable huts, canal side tables, and even a stage (with a late outdoor entertainments licence!).
The perfect pub for a creative sales driver who has volume experience, is driven to maximise sales, and ensures that every visit to the Grand Junction Arms means our guests leave planning when they’ll visit again.
We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual, so we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp on our businesses. We’re all about freedom within a framework - you decide what goes on the food menu, tailor your offer to your guests, and grow the business in line with your vision. You will decide what events and sales driving to do, what the team uniform is, and look after all your own recruitment and marketing.
