The Grand Junction Arms is a beautiful hidden gem situated on the Grand Union Canal. Located just a short walk from Harlesden tube station, you’ll find us perched on the canalside. Sporting a massive beer garden, armed with bespoke huts and lodges, catering for any kind of party! Our guests range from the local workforce, wonderful residents and those who see us as a bit of a destination site! We pride ourselves on Young's values, delivering the best in premium products to delight and treat our guests, all whilst encouraging team development!

As the successful Deputy Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
