We are seeking a foundational leader to pioneer our UK operations. As the Country Manager, you will be the architect and driving force behind our new R&D centre, with full P&L responsibility. This is a unique opportunity to build a legacy from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end establishment of the UK entity, including legal registration, facility setup, and recruitment of the initial core team.
  • Own the P&L for the UK operations, setting budgets, forecasting, and ensuring financial viability and growth.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of engineers and professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Act as the primary representative for the company in the UK, building strong relationships with clients, government bodies, and industry associations.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of setting up or managing operations in the UK/European market.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory, and proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred to facilitate seamless communication with our global headquarters and technical teams.
  • Deep understanding of the semiconductor capital equipment or high-tech B2B manufacturing industry.
  • Exceptional business acumen, with demonstrated P&L management skills.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business; MBA is a strong plus.
