- Proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla Structural Designer).
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to attend site visits.
- Working towards or achieved chartered status (IStructE / ICE).
- Experience with BIM processes and 3D modelling.
- Exposure to structural inspections or expert witness work.
