My client is expanding their team and looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Leeds office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Drainage design who is ready to mentor junior engineers and manage a portfolio of exciting infrastructure projects.
What you’ll be doing:- Leading by example and mentoring graduate engineers & technicians
- Managing multiple projects and client relationships
- Collaborating with colleagues across our four UK offices
- Ensuring high-quality, compliant design deliverables
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Causeway Flow (or equivalent)
- Skilled in drainage & highways design (S38, S104, S278)
- Commercially aware with strong report writing & site inspection capabilities
- A confident communicator and proactive problem solver
- Project management & leadership experience
