Grand Circle Corporation is looking for Trip Experience Leaders to lead tours in Britain for Overseas Adventure Travel in 2026
Tours available of 1-3 weeks across Britain (particularly Scotland)

What we require
- Trip Experience Leaders with a passion for people, our countries, culture, and traditions
- You are a UK National/Local/Resident, who can converse in English
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, and confident to present topics in front of groups
- In-depth knowledge history and culture of England, Wales and/or Scotland
- Well-travelled, ideally with guiding/tourism experience
- The ability to think for yourself, as well as inspire others
- Flexibility, teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to take feedback and adjust accordingly
- Registered as an Independent contractor
- IMPORTANT: Only Trip leaders living in Britain need apply
Working Responsibilities
- Contacting travellers prior to travel via pre trip email/calls
- Leading groups through Britain
- Compiling and delivering information on Britain, cities and towns visited on tour
- Describing points of interest during coach commentaries, providing info-talks on daily life and local issues
- Offering and creating Learning and Discovery activities throughout the tour to immerse your travellers in the country they are visiting
- Be willing to go off the beaten track, adapt, and show our travellers all aspects of daily life in the region
- Confirming arrangements for the necessary transport and activities and working with local guides/vendors
- Arranging for the guests to see medical personnel where necessary
