  • 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
  • Exposure to international teams, ideally in a matrixed or international organization.
  • Strong working knowledge of European labour law; experience across multiple countries or jurisdictions is highly desirable.
  • Confidence partnering with senior leaders and working independently on complex people matters.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
