About Us: We are an open-access train operator linking the North East and West Yorkshire with London. Our only loyalty is to our customers, and we aim to provide the best journey possible. We have been connecting London Kings Cross, Yorkshire, and the North East since our inception, calling at smaller stations and actively engaging in the local community through various social responsibility programmes.

The Role: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for customer service, be able to use your initiative, and adapt to changing scenarios day to day. This position covers a variety of shifts across a 7-day period, so flexibility is essential.

What will I be doing as a Customer Service Assistant?

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience in all areas on-train for both our First and Standard Class passengers.
  • Provision and management of on-board catering retail.
  • Undertake all associated stock, storage, and waste management requirements.
  • Ensure personal safety and that of others at all times.

This role will suit someone who loves interacting with a variety of different people daily and thrives on the challenges of unexpected events.

What will I need to be successful as a Customer Service Assistant?

Essential:
