We’re looking for a Commercial Analysis Manager to lead and evolve our commercial analysis function. Working closely with the Head of Commercial, Revenue Management, Pricing, Marketing and the Arriva UK Trains Growth team, you’ll be at the heart of shaping Grand Central’s commercial performance — now and in the future.
- Lead Grand Central’s commercial analysis, insight and trading reporting to provide clear visibility of performance and industry trends.
- Develop and enhance data analysis and reporting capability using the Arriva BI platform.
- Oversee Grand Central’s revenue claims process, ensuring the business maximises value from IAD and SPD claims.
- Support modelling and evaluation for business development initiatives — including timetable changes, new routes, service enhancements and engineering impact analysis.
- Proven analytical background with experience using BI tools and multiple data sources.
- Experience with rail industry systems such as LENNON and MOIRA.
