About the Role:
Join the passionate faculty of Grand Canyon University and make a meaningful difference in the lives of students. As an adjunct faculty member in the College of Theology, you will help shape the next generation of Christian leaders by teaching online courses in Christian Worldview (CWV-101) within our undergraduate program. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a heart for ministry and a desire to integrate faith and learning.
Educational Requirements:
- Master of Divinity (PhD preferred).
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Christian Worldview, apologetics, or related subjects at the college/university level.
We seek individuals who are passionate about guiding students through foundational questions of faith and worldview. Your expertise will contribute to our students' development, preparing them for successful careers in ministry and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Course Instruction: Deliver high-quality, engaging instruction for CWV-101: Christian Worldview. You will help students explore big-picture questions like "Why are we here?" and "What is my purpose?" Students will be encouraged to examine how Christians answer these questions and how worldview impacts daily life, decisions, and actions.
- Facilitate Student Engagement: Foster dynamic discussions that encourage critical thinking and self-reflection.
- Assess and Grade: Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback.
