We’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager who wants to play a key role in that journey. The Role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in leading the team and delivering an experience worthy of Rosette recognition and beyond. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Delivering consistently exceptional guest service
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring staff and supervisors
- Maintaining and elevating service standards in line with Rosette aspirations
- Taking full operational responsibility in the Manager’s absence
- Creating a polished yet welcoming atmosphere that reflects the prestige of the venue
This is more than a supervisory role; it’s a leadership position within a restaurant on an upward trajectory.
