As the Global Benefits Manager you will support the design, governance, and delivery of benefits programs across multiple countries. Working closely with the Global Pension and Benefits Manager, you will help ensure benefits are well-managed, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with global benefits principles, while supporting a positive employee experience. Due to the global nature of this role, the location is flexible within the UK, and we are also open to hiring someone based in our Warsaw, Poland Hub.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of global benefits strategy and frameworks, including contributing to benefits reviews, benchmarking, and analysis, while helping ensure global consistency balanced with local market requirements.
- Support monitoring of benefits compliance with local legislation, tax, and regulatory requirements, while assisting in maintaining governance documentation and policies, and coordinating responses to audits, regulatory reviews, and information requests.
- Provide day-to-day support for global benefits programmes and projects, including platform implementations, while coordinating with regional and local HR teams and contributing to initiatives that simplify, standardise, and automate benefits administration.
- Manage relationships with benefits providers, consultants, insurers, and advisors, while assisting with vendor performance tracking, analysis, and review preparation, and acting as a point of contact for operational benefits queries from HR teams.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of benefits communications and materials, assist with the preparation and management of total reward statements, and help ensure benefit information is accurate, clear, and employee-friendly.
- Assist with the tracking and analysis of global benefits spend and utilisation, assist in preparing reporting and insights for senior stakeholders, and maintain benefits data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
The experience we're looking for:
- Degree or equivalent professional experience in benefits or reward, ideally within a multinational environment supporting multiple countries (beyond the UK).
- Solid working knowledge of benefits design and administration.
- Experience with HR systems or benefits platforms is an advantage.
- Progress towards, or interest in, relevant professional qualifications (e.g. PMI, CIPD, or other reward/benefits-related certifications) is desirable.
