Salary: £24,950 per year

Location: Delaware Drive, Milton Keynes

Hybrid working: Minimum 60% in office

Hours / Contract type: Permanent, 35 hours a week

Responsibilities

  • Respond to dealer enquiries mainly by phone.
  • Enter and handle customer and dealer data via internal systems, ensuring compliance with processing procedures and response time guidelines with speed and accuracy.
  • Validate customer documentation against proposal details and authorise appropriate payment to the dealer.
  • Liaise closely with other business areas including Customer Services.
  • Maintain understanding of FCA regulations to ensure competency in the role.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in finance or related industry is desirable.
