Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP Success Factors Time Management module across time-related processes.
- Translate business requirements into scalable designs and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Design and implement time management processes within Success Factors, including:
- Absence Requests in Time Off
- Basic Accrual Rules in Time Off
- Event Related Accrual Rules in Time Off
- Configuring and Setting up Time Sheets
- Time Valuation and Compensation
- Flextime
- Leave of Absence (LOA) and Time Off Reporting
- Time Off Imports
- Import Time Off Structures
- Time Off Integration
- Clock In Clock Out in SAP Success Factors Time Tracking
- Manage Forms with Document Generation
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in SAP Success Factors with a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations.
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP Success Factors Time Management module.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable designs and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Certification in Success Factors Time Management module is preferred.
