We are seeking a Lecturer to teach and support elite sport learners in the Elite Sport department.
Responsibilities
- Develop curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment strategies that support learners progressing through sport talent pathways.
- Deliver inspiring teaching and learning, both face‑to‑face and online, ensuring all students are supported to succeed.
- Monitor learner progress to ensure target grades are met and all learners achieve to the best of their ability.
- Work at Loughborough College and other off‑site locations, requiring a full valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant degree and teaching qualification.
- Extensive teaching and vocational experience in further education.
- Experience in elite sport and high‑performance environments.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and planning and administration skills.
- Knowledge of a range of teaching methodologies, including online delivery.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
