The role supports high‑value projects—such as a commercial building (£10M), a hotel (£8M), and a tourism project (£30M+). The Surveyor will enhance value for money, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with all legal and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Financially manage 2‑3 projects concurrently.
