Location: Belfast, hybrid working

CSR is collaborating with a leading building and construction consultancy to recruit a senior Quantity Surveyor. The role supports high‑value projects—such as a commercial building (£10M), a hotel (£8M), and a tourism project (£30M+). The Surveyor will enhance value for money, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with all legal and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financially manage 2‑3 projects concurrently.
  • Oversee junior and trainee commercial staff.
  • Ensure projects meet legal and quality standards.
  • Support value‑for‑money and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Quantity Surveying degree.
  • Four or more years of experience.
  • Chartered or non‑chartered acceptable.
