Editorial Talent Sourcer role at Reach.
You’ll own a live caseload of around 20–25 vacancies at any one time across multiple locations, turning these around quickly in a fast-paced environment, while championing data-led, inclusive hiring.
You’ll run end-to-end sourcing for roles across our editorial brands, crafting compelling, platform-ready ad copy.
Reporting directly to the Editorial Talent Acquisition Lead within HR Shared Services, and partnering closely with the wider Talent Acquisition function, you’ll help shape the future of Reach’s journalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage a live caseload of 20–25 vacancies across multiple locations, moving quickly to fill editorial roles without compromising quality.
- Conduct end-to-end sourcing for editorial positions, including candidate outreach, screening, and shortlisting.
- Craft compelling, platform-ready ad copy tailored to each channel and audience.
- Collaborate with the Editorial Talent Acquisition Lead and broader HR Shared Services and Talent Acquisition teams to improve processes and hiring outcomes.
- Champion data-led, inclusive hiring and strive to improve candidate and hiring manager experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3 years required in a sourcing or recruitment role.
- Strong copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone per platform.
- Passion for DEI, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement in hiring.
