How You Will Contribute to the Team

  • Support the Head of Quality by stepping in to guide the Belfast Quality team and represent the department in plant, operations, and programme reviews.
  • Collaborate across the business to secure TCCA/ACLP approvals for the A220 programme by guiding NOE/QSR/SARI activities.
  • Understand and monitor all A220 Quality budgets (RC & NRC), documenting and justifying financial support for the team.
  • Lead key quality projects in the QIP plan, ensuring they are fully funded, aligned with plant objectives, and delivered collaboratively.
  • Develop balanced scorecards and business metrics to guide decision-making, adopting digitalisation and AI solutions to improve efficiency.

About You

  • Extensive experience in project delivery and performance management frameworks.
  • Direct experience operating as a business leader within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong financial tracking skills, monitoring departmental spend versus RC and NRC budgets.
  • Expertise in formal project management methodologies to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Technical experience in generating metrics, building balanced scorecards, and integrating digital or AI solutions.
