Responsibilities
- Deliver the manufacturing EHS strategy and standards across the cluster.
- Lead the internal audit programme to achieve and maintain Green status.
- Coach and support factory teams to take ownership of EHS processes, programmes, risk registers, objectives, and performance.
- Provide EHS expertise for all new projects and change management activities.
- Maintain the incident reporting system, support investigations, and drive corrective actions to eliminate root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure accurate, up‑to‑date EHS information is available to internal and external stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
- Deputise for the Cluster EHS Manager when required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable knowledge of EHS delivery in a similar role.
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent).
- Understanding of regulatory reports and compliance, including experience with management systems methodology and tools.
- PC literate (Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential).
- Food industry experience preferred.
- Experience in safety and/or environmental technical standards.
- Knowledge of conducting internal auditing processes.
