Working pattern: On‑site, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the manufacturing EHS strategy and standards across the cluster.
  • Lead the internal audit programme to achieve and maintain Green status.
  • Coach and support factory teams to take ownership of EHS processes, programmes, risk registers, objectives, and performance.
  • Provide EHS expertise for all new projects and change management activities.
  • Maintain the incident reporting system, support investigations, and drive corrective actions to eliminate root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure accurate, up‑to‑date EHS information is available to internal and external stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
  • Deputise for the Cluster EHS Manager when required.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable knowledge of EHS delivery in a similar role.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent).
  • Understanding of regulatory reports and compliance, including experience with management systems methodology and tools.
  • PC literate (Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential).
  • Food industry experience preferred.
  • Experience in safety and/or environmental technical standards.
  • Knowledge of conducting internal auditing processes.
