We are looking for a Disclosure Coordinator to support RHP Groups compliance with data protection legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, redact and disclose information in line with legal exemptions, data protection law and confidentiality obligations.
  • Investigate and liaise with internal teams to create disclosure bundles and complete first level redactions.
  • Influence and support teams to ensure we meet our obligations to process information requests in a compliant, ethical and effective manner.
  • Use coordination skills to manage the processing of information requests and resolve queries quickly, ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Practical experience of processing regulatory mandated information requests.
  • Sound working knowledge of data protection legislation.
  • Collaborative approach and strong organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
