Payroll Administrator - Part time (30 hours).
Our client, a well established and highly regarded organisation based in Clitheroe, is looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join their HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a collaborative environment where accuracy and attention to detail are key.
Responsibilities
- Provide an accurate, efficient and professional payroll administration service while supporting the day to day management of the HR and payroll systems across the organisation.
- Ensure timely monthly payroll input.
- Input and maintain payroll, pension and employee data across HR systems.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity.
- Respond to payroll and HR related queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support payroll audits and carry out regular system checks.
- Strong administration and organisational abilities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience of HR or payroll systems would be advantageous.
