Overview
Our client, a global leader in the zero-carbon transition, offers sustainability solutions to corporations, cities, and governments around the world.
They are currently looking for a Procurement Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will provide expert consulting services for energy procurement across Europe, including developing RFPs, conducting market analysis, evaluating pricing, offering product recommendations, creating budgets, and managing contracts for renewable energy products.
Responsibilities
- Deliver energy procurement consulting services, including RFPs, market assessment, risk and strategy development, contract negotiation and management.
- Oversee energy supply contracts, verify site lists and pricing, support internal teams, and maintain accurate client reporting and databases.
- Maintain and expand a strong network of energy suppliers and developers across Europe.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in energy procurement (retail buying or selling).
- Fluent in one or more Eastern European languages.
- Ideal candidate will speak an Eastern European language and hold a degree in Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering, or have proven experience in energy procurement.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and detail-oriented work skills.
- Strong project management skills, able to balance client and supplier needs and meet tight deadlines.
- Utility billing knowledge is a plus.
