We are looking for an experienced Inside Business Development Executive for an excellent office‑based position with our client in East Kilbride.

In this varied and challenging role you will be tasked with prospecting and developing new sales opportunities, responding to incoming sales enquiries, managing some existing accounts, and optimising and maintaining the CRM database.

Proven B2B experience within an office and desk‑based sales environment is required. The role is suitable for those who would like to progress their career with a well‑respected company within the industry. Experience within manufacturing areas such as construction, refurbishment, signage, branding, etc. would be of keen interest, but a proven B2B sales background with transferable skills and a steady career history is essential.

Some experience with bids and tenders would also be beneficial, but is not an essential requirement. If you have such experience, please include it on your CV or covering letter.

This is a full‑time permanent position working 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday, with a starting basic salary of £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience. It is primarily a salary‑only position, but there is potential for an annual companywide bonus of around 3–5% of salary should the business meet key revenue metrics.
