Responsibilities
- Take ownership of delivering high-quality personal tax advisory services within a forward-thinking and client-focused practice.
- Lead engagements for a portfolio including high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, shareholders, and internationally mobile clients.
- Shape the firm’s offerings in a competitive advisory landscape and collaborate with the Corporate Finance team during transactional work.
- Cultivate enduring client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and nurture junior talent within the team.
- Apply commercial acumen, strong project management, and rigorous financial-performance controls to drive value and excellence across the client portfolio.
Qualifications
- Qualified tax professional (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent).
- Strong expertise in personal tax, including shareholder planning, reliefs like BADR and BPR, and international matters.
- Commercial insight and ability to build long-standing client relationships.
- Experience: 5 years required.
