UK Staffing Group are recruiting on behalf of a specialist loss assessing business that supports homeowners, landlords and businesses following major property incidents such as fires, floods and escape of water claims. This is not your typical field sales role. Rather than cold prospecting businesses all day, you will be visiting people who have recently suffered a major property incident, explaining how the company can support them through the insurance claims process and helping them secure the best possible outcome.

The Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you'll be the face of the business, meeting clients in their homes following major property incidents. You'll build rapport, explain the services available, understand the client's situation and secure instructions for the company to manage their insurance claim. No two days are the same, and you'll have the autonomy to manage your own diary whilst working towards realistic but rewarding targets.

Responsibilities

  • Visiting homeowners and landlords following property incidents
  • Building trust and rapport with prospective clients

  • Conducting face‑to‑face consultations
  • Managing follow‑up activity via phone and email
  • Working closely with the internal claims team
