Responsibilities
- Respond to dealer enquiries mainly by phone.
- Enter and handle customer and dealer data via internal systems, ensuring compliance with processing procedures and response time guidelines with speed and accuracy.
- Validate customer documentation against proposal details and authorise appropriate payment to the dealer.
- Liaise closely with other business areas including Customer Services.
- Maintain understanding of FCA regulations to ensure competency in the role.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communicator with a customer service delivery mindset.
- Experience in finance or related industry is desirable.
- Understanding of FCA regulations is required.
