Ready to work on large-scale transformation programmes within Aerospace & Defence?
We’re hiring a Management Consultant to join a high-performing team delivering complex transformation initiatives across defence organisations, aerospace manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Working on large-scale business and operational transformation programmes within Aerospace & Defence.
- Working closely with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions.
- Supporting delivery through programme management, governance and risk management.
- Contributing to proposal development and internal capability building.
Qualifications
- Background in consulting or industry delivering transformation programmes.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing / Quality, Programme Delivery, Digital Engineering.
- Understanding of technology-enabled transformation (digital, data, systems).
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery.
- Willingness to travel to UK client sites.
