The Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you'll be the face of the business, meeting clients in their homes following major property incidents. You'll build rapport, explain the services available, understand the client's situation and secure instructions for the company to manage their insurance claim. No two days are the same, and you'll have the autonomy to manage your own diary whilst working towards realistic but rewarding targets.

Responsibilities

  • Visiting homeowners and landlords following property incidents
  • Building trust and rapport with prospective clients
  • Explaining the company's services and benefits
  • Conducting face-to-face consultations
  • Managing follow-up activity via phone and email
  • Working closely with the internal claims team
  • Maintaining accurate records and client information
  • Travelling throughout your allocated territory
