Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in Employee Benefits technology? We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to support the growth of our flex team. This role involves generating new business from existing clients and tapping into new opportunities. You should have a proven track record in sales, knowledge of benefits technology, and an understanding of the wider benefits landscape—including market trends, challenges, and hot topics that impact clients.
Key responsibilities include selling to both existing and new clients, with approximately 70% of revenue coming from internal referrals from EBC and Actuarial clients. The role may also be suitable for candidates with experience in flex consultancy or reward and recognition.
