Sacros Fife Youth Justice Service is seeking a Youth Justice Support Worker for a fixed‑term full‑time position until 31 March 2027.
The role focuses on delivering life‑changing restorative justice and behavioural change programmes to young offenders.
- Core Responsibilities
- Work directly with young people as part of an existing Youth Justice team.
- Deliver individual and group intervention programmes that support behavioural change.
- Facilitate restorative justice processes, helping young people make amends to those they have harmed.
- Maintain accurate records of progress and outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working with young people who offend.
- Knowledge of psychosocial and psychological interventions and restorative justice.
