- Build, hire, and lead a new inside sales team of about 10, spanning graduates, SDRs, and Account Executives.
- Design and implement the outbound sales playbook — processes, cadences, messaging, and tooling.
- Own recruitment end-to-end, hiring at pace while maintaining a high talent bar.
- Coach and develop graduate and early-career salespeople into high-performing sellers.
- Drive outbound pipeline generation and revenue performance across SMB and mid-market segments.
- Set targets, KPIs, and performance frameworks; report results to senior leadership.
