Mimica is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead our growing engineering organization through a pivotal growth phase. You will define strategy, set the technical vision, and align product, ML, and sales to accelerate scale. In this fully remote role, you will build scalable processes, foster ownership and psychological safety, coach engineering managers, and drive SDLC, QA, and SLO improvements to support 10x usage.
