Advice Direct Scotland is Scotland’s national advice service, delivering free, impartial guidance on advocacy, consumer rights, energy, debt and housing. The Telephony Advocate role is office-based, supporting the Helpline with a four-day week from Monday to Friday.
You will respond to enquiries by phone, email and online channels, listening to callers, providing clear information and signposting to the right services, while using Salesforce to record interactions.
