Advice Direct Scotland, Scotland’s national advice service, is seeking a compassionate Telephony Advocate to join our Helpline team.

This office‑based role operates on a 4‑day week (Mon–Fri) with a dedicated day off, delivering person‑centred advocacy by phone, email, webchat and other channels.

You will assess eligibility, provide first‑line information, record interactions in Salesforce in line with GDPR, and promote self‑advocacy while using digital systems confidently.
