FLT Counterbalance Driver – Waste Industry – Malvern. This role is within the waste and recycling industry. It offers excellent rates of pay, weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and genuine temp-to-perm opportunities within a specialist waste processing environment. This role would suit candidates with experience as an FLT Counterbalance Driver, Waste Operative, Recycling Operative, Warehouse Operative, Production Operative or General Operative. Due to the remote location of the site, a valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own transport is essential.
Shifts:
- 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern
- Rotating days and nights
Pay:
- £13.50 – £14.85 per hour

As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will receive:

To be successful as an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will need:
- A valid FLT Counterbalance Licence
- A valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own transport
- Flexible approach to work and duties
- Previous experience handling medical, clinical, or pharmaceutical waste would be beneficial
- Previous FLT Counterbalance experience within a warehouse or waste environment would be advantageous
