Overview
Account Manager role for trusted advisors with consultative sales skills to explain complex products, convert opportunities, and nurture a portfolio of businesses to drive growth.
You will have control of the end-to-end customer journey from on-boarding to retention as an Account Manager at iwoca.
Responsibilities
- Manage businesses end to end through the customer journey, delivering industry-leading service levels and exceeding customer expectations.
- Be an expert in SMEs and the business lending market, helping customers achieve their goals with iwoca.
- Liaise with multiple teams within iwoca (Sales, Underwriting, Collections, Quality Assurance, Partnerships) to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
- Provide a high level of customer relationship management and consultative sales to understand customer needs and match the right product or service.
- Explain complex products and services to customers and maintain a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs to drive team performance.
- Engage in a growth mindset focused on improving how we convert and serve customers, collaborating with team members.
- Contribute to a positive work environment with focus on work-life balance and flexible working arrangements.
Qualifications
- Proven customer relationship management experience.
- Consultative sales skills with the ability to understand customer needs and align products/services accordingly.
- Experience explaining complex products and services to customers.
- A strong track record of not only meeting but exceeding KPIs to drive personal and team performance.
- Excellent communication skills with an engaging telephone manner and a passion for delighting customers.

- Base salary ranges: Leeds £30,000 - £37,000 + bonus (OTE 20%); London £34,000 - £41,000 + bonus (OTE 20%).
