The predicted salary is between 46000 - 46000 £ per year.

£38,000 - £46,000 per annum | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme. As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you'll be cool, calm and collected, getting involved on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You'll manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, and inspire colleagues to deliver great service. In the Store Manager's absence, you'll take ownership of the store and lead by example. Responsibilities

  • Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers
  • Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Motivate and support your team, aligned with our Company Values
  • Check and manage deliveries, oversee the till area and monitor KPIs
  • Be a friendly face for every customer, delivering excellent service and resolving queries
  • Comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines

Qualifications

  • Experience leading and developing a team in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to help colleagues and customers in a friendly and open way
  • A knack for time management, delegation and problem-solving
  • The confidence to support your team through every shift
  • A commitment to providing unmatched customer service
  • The ability to monitor, manage and improve KPIs
  • Experience working within health and safety standards
