The role is based in Europe with travel to London for quarterly Season Openers and periodic visits to the Christchurch hub as needed.
Responsibilities
- Own post-sale success for parts suppliers on the Partly Network and serve as the primary post-sale owner and point of accountability.
- Develop trusted, long-term partnerships with suppliers to ensure adoption, retention, and long-term value realization from Partly’s infrastructure.
- Take full ownership of supplier issues from initial report through root cause analysis, resolution, and follow-up.
- Manage the end-to-end post-sale journey including onboarding, implementation coordination, and ongoing success management.
- Build scalable success foundations and engage with stakeholders across technical and commercial audiences.
- Communicate credibly with engineers while articulating technical issues and solutions in commercial terms to supplier stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong senior stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills across technical and commercial audiences.
- Ability to engage credibly with engineers and translate technical concepts into commercial terms.
- Commercial and operational acumen.
- Bonus: Experience in the automotive aftermarket, parts distribution, or supply-chain ecosystems.
