Job Overview

Due to an internal promotion, we have a full‑time position available to join our Club Lounge team.

Guests will enjoy afternoon tea, evening tipple, and spectacular views of the Royal Parks and monuments.

Our team members put extra thought into every small detail and personal touch.

We are looking for someone who can do the same.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver world‑class service to guests.
  • Serve food and drinks, including beverages, tips, and special requests.
  • Respond to guest queries and concerns promptly.
  • Support the wider hotel team.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a bartender, waiter, barista, or host.
  • Passion for great food, drinks, and service.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and work across a large hotel team.

Salary: £29,681.60 per annum (£14.27 per hour) plus service charge and IHG perks.
