Grand Arcade is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to support hiring across Europe. The role can be structured as part-time or freelance/contract, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to source, screen, and engage candidates and to build talent pipelines for current and future needs. You will work across multiple markets, maintaining candidate tracking and delivering recruitment updates. Experience with Europe-based hiring is preferred, with a strong understanding of the European talent.
