Depute Head Teacher – Primary (PKC13979) – £74,154 – St John’s RC Academy, Perth

St John’s RC Academy, located on the North Inch Community Campus in Perth, is an all-through school for children aged 2–18.

The school provides education for over twelve hundred pupils and offers state-of-the-art sports and cultural facilities to the local community.

As Depute Head Teacher, the successful candidate will work as part of the Senior Leadership Team and be responsible for overseeing the primary and lower secondary phases (P5–7).

The role requires delivering universal and targeted support to young people and their families, enabling them to excel within school, achieve their best and transition to positive destinations.

  • Have a track record of forming and developing excellent relationships and collaborative working practices with pupils, parents and staff.

  • Be data‑literate, able to gather, analyse and communicate complex data to drive improvement.
