Repairs Technician (Plumber) – Location: Across South West London. Salary: £42,123 per year.
Responsibilities
- Complete a wide range of reactive and planned works, primarily focused on plumbing tasks.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance, including installations and upkeep of taps, shower valves, bathroom fixtures, shower trays, pumps and other light mechanical work.
- Keep and maintain records for audit purposes, ensuring compliance with rules, regulations and contract requirements.
- Focus on service quality and safety, maintaining best practice procedures.
- Perform tasks in an all‑round multi‑trade role, including carpentry, patch plastering and tiling.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar all‑round multi‑trade role with plumbing focus.
- Relevant plumbing qualification and demonstrated general engineering competence.
- L8 Legionella awareness qualified and competent in water regulations.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and ability to work collaboratively across other trades and teams.
