We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex transformation and change initiatives across the organisation. Working within the Transformation & Change team, you will drive high impact projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring strong governance, effective stakeholder engagement, and sustainable benefit realisation. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic change, balancing structure with agility, and championing the people side of change to ensure successful adoption. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, Directors and cross functional teams, providing clear insight, managing risk, and ensuring projects deliver real, measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex transformation and change projects aligned to strategic goals
  • Manage plans, resources, risks and dependencies
  • Drive senior stakeholder engagement and governance reporting
  • Embed change management principles to maximise adoption
  • Ensure benefits are clearly defined, delivered and sustained
  • Act as a project management subject matter expert within the organisation

About You

  • 5+ years’ project management experience (with senior level delivery experience)
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, PRINCE2, PMP or hybrid delivery
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders
  • Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or similar)
