More about your role

You will be required to work within a Supported Housing Team to deliver effective and quality services to our customers, who may have complex support needs. You will be providing a full range of reception, secretarial and administrative duties to the service which incorporates administrative, secretarial, financial, housing management services (including sign ups), performance reporting / monitoring and required business processes to ensure services are operating within sound and auditable environment. You will provide comprehensive administrative and housing management support, including maintaining records and databases, handling enquiries and correspondence, organising meetings and documentation, supporting tenancy and health & safety processes, processing invoices and purchase orders, and assisting with projects to deliver excellent customer service and support organisational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, IT, and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and partner agencies. They should be well organised, able to manage competing priorities, understand financial processes, and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
