Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager across day-to-day branch operations, helping to drive performance, people, sales and profitability.
- Supporting the Branch Manager in driving the branch forward in line with company objectives.
- Achieving and exceeding sales and margin targets.
- Assisting with the management and development of departments across the branch.
- Overseeing stock control and ensuring availability meets customer demand.
- Leading by example to deliver excellent customer service.
- Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
- Supporting the wider team in a fast-paced trade environment.
- Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, assistant manager or branch management role.
