Role Overview
As a High Care Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations within the high-care area, ensuring all activities meet strict food safety and quality standards. You will lead and manage a team of up to 15 staff, driving performance, maintaining discipline and supporting team development. You will maintain audit readiness, support internal and external audits such as BRC and HACCP, and ensure all compliance documentation is accurate and up to date. Identify non-conformances, implement corrective actions and work closely with other departments to ensure consistency across operations. Lead a hands-on leadership approach requiring strong communication skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement within a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
