Our client is looking to hire an Accounts Administration Assistant in a varied and detail-focused role offering the opportunity to support the smooth running of client services through accurate billing, administration and process management.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the reconciliation of billing information and financial records
  • Handling client invoice queries professionally via phone and email
  • Supporting improvements to business processes and administration workflows
  • Assisting with general business administration tasks as required

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience within finance administration, billing, business support or a similar administrative role.
  • You should be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and enjoy working with systems, processes and accurate data management.
  • Xero experience is beneficial but not essential.

Please note this is a full-time, office-based role.

Salary: GBP 28,500 - 30,000 per year
