The Role
- Provide 1:1 support to pupils with ASC throughout the full academic year, working closely with teachers, therapists, and senior staff.
- Deliver tailored assistance in the classroom to support differentiated activities and routines.
- Offer emotional and behavioural support using calm, consistent strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the wider staff team to ensure consistent support.
